Culture building has been a hot topic in conversations around leadership. Join us for a light lecture with accompanying discussion that is focused on the major concepts that leaders need to be aware of and deliver to build a strong culture. These skills are great tools for managers, teachers, high school leaders, and college students.
Dr. Jeremy Brees is an associate professor of Management at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. His research interests include attribution theory, accountability, abusive super- vision, and various leadership topics. Jeremy received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Florida State University.
